About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented sales associate to join our team. As a sales associate, you will have a pivotal role in accelerating business growth by engaging potential customers and effectively marketing our services.
Responsibilities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of ContrastConnect.
Actively prospecting and qualifying leads to generate new business opportunities.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Collaborating with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and fulfill customer needs
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
