About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced account manager to join our team and help us continue our growth trajectory. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our imaging site clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our remote contrast coverage services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with assigned accounts, including regular communication
Work with internal teams to coordinate and schedule remote contrast coverage services
Ensure timely and accurate billing and payment processing for assigned accounts
Identify and resolving any issues or concerns raised by assigned accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities to expand service offerings or increase revenue from assigned accounts
Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices relevant to remote contrast coverage services
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
Experience with billing and payment processing
Excellent writing and presentation skills
